SMH Level 4 RN Cardiac OR - Scrub/Circulate

Shift: 3x12 Flex, 07:00:00-19:00:00

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Start Date: 07/06/2026

Job Description:

The Adult Cardiac OR cares for a wide variety of patients, including CABGs, TAVIs, and Heart Failure (VADs, ECMO, Artificial Heart and Heart Transplants). Using a multidisciplinary approach, the OR staff cares for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

Independently scrub and circulate complex adult cardiac cases, including CABGs and structural heart cases (Bentall).
Perform minimally invasive procedures (Mini Aortic Valve Replacement) and manage heart failure cases (Impella).
Preference for experience with Transplant, TAVI/TAVR, though not required.

Requirements:

RN License (NY License ONLY)
Two (2) years of experience
Operating room experience in a level 1 trauma - preferred
Able to circulate and scrub
Telemetry
BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
