Shift: 12H Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, holidays based on unit coverage

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry unit with emphasis on neuro conditions. This position requires experience with Level 1 trauma and the ability to titrate drips such as Amio, Cardizem, and Insulin. Candidates must have strong skills in EKG interpretation and maintaining sterile fields.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and interpret EKGs
- Titrate medications including Amio, Cardizem, and Insulin
- Participate in SIMs lab for skills validation
- Provide care for complex neuro patients including trached individuals, CVA, TBI, and others
Requirements:
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with neuro experience highly preferred
- Must pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance
- Ability to float to tele units and overflow in ICU
