Job Title: OT (Occupational Therapist), Rehab
City/State: Merced, California
Shift: 8H Days Tuesday to Saturday 0830 - 1700
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 09/14/2026
Job Description:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient/acute setting, focusing on adult and geriatric populations with orthopedic, neurological, and medical complications. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation and therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR system.
- Participate in general department orientation with skills checklist and assigned clinician.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- Valid CA Occupational Therapist license
- Competency in using Cerner EMR system
