Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position in the Med/Surg unit. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
This position is a full-time commitment, requiring availability for day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM.
