Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg unit. This role is crucial for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience.
General Information
- Unit Name: 5 West
- Number of Beds: 12
- Patient Ratios: 5-6:1
- Unit Staffing Description: 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT) available
- Type of Equipment: General Med Surg equipment
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
- Floating Policy: Facility Med Surg
- Patient Experience Requirements: 75%
Qualifications
- Required Skills: Must be team-oriented and compassionate
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Dress Code
- Required uniform: Navy Scrubs
