Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to our smallest patients and their families.

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 51
Staffing Levels: 120 total staff members, including RNs, respiratory therapists, and technicians
Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 depending on patient acuity
Electronic Medical Record: Cerner

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
Required Certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Preferred certifications include STABLE and NIC-RNC.

Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Work Schedule

The position requires availability for every other weekend.
