Position Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing computed tomography scans to assist in diagnosing medical conditions. The role requires technical proficiency and a deep understanding of CT imaging techniques, as well as adherence to safety protocols and patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for scans, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintain equipment and ensure all imaging devices are functioning properly.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and data.
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control policies.
• Provide patient education regarding the procedures and answer any questions they may have.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a diagnostic imaging or radiologic technology role.
• Graduation from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during night shifts.

Work Schedule

This position requires night shift availability from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
