- Location: San Antonio, TX
- Number of Beds: 15
- Staffing: 3 RNs and 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT) on both day and night shifts
- Patient Ratios: 1 RN to 5 Patients
- Type of Equipment: Telemetry
- Electronic Medical Record System: Meditech
