Description
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our surgical department, which also accommodates some medical patients based on bed availability. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and involves working primarily night shifts.
Shift Information
- Shift: Nights
- Agency scheduling for every other weekend
- Manager is open to discussing holiday requests
Department Overview
The department consists of 35 private patient rooms and features two nurse stations. Night shift staffing includes:
- Shift Supervisor
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6
- Patient Care Technicians available each shift
Holiday Coverage
No holiday coverage is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
