Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI imaging procedures in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all types of MRI scans as required.
• Work closely with physicians and other medical staff to provide accurate imaging results.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during MRI procedures.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment according to established protocols.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications

• Valid certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT-MRI certification preferred).
• BLS certification is required.
• State license is required prior to working.

Work Environment

This position is located in an acute care setting, with a trauma level of 3. The work schedule may vary, including potential weekend and holiday shifts based on department needs.

Shift Information

• 10-hour shifts are typically scheduled.
• Start time may vary based on department needs, typically beginning at 10:30 AM.

Additional Information

Our team works collaboratively with a dedicated and skilled staff. The facilities are equipped with Cerner for electronic medical records, and DR PACS for imaging. All positions require a commitment to patient care and quality service delivery.
