- MSICU: 40 beds
- CVICU: 10 beds (no specific experience required)
- PCU: 40 beds
- 2R PCU Obs: 18 beds, can increase to 27 when open for overflow
- CCU: 30 beds
- Medical: 89 beds
- Surgical: 55 beds
- Flex Unit: 9 beds (includes PCU and MS patients)
- Inpatient Rehab: 47 beds across two floors
- ER Holding Unit: For patients waiting on a bed
- COVID Overflow: As needed
Experience Requirements
- ICU: 2 years of ICU experience
- PCU/PCU ER holds: 2 years of PCU experience
- Medical-Surgical: 2 years in an acute care setting

- Neuro: Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, TBI, Multi-Trauma, Post-COVID, Post-ICU
- Ventilator and Tracheostomy Management
Work Environment
The primary unit for this role is the ED Holding Unit, which involves a variety of diagnoses at a fast pace. Staff may care for ICU patients with a 1:2 RN-to-patient ratio, PCU patients at a 1:4 ratio, and medical-surgical patients at a 1:5 ratio. Flexibility and resourcefulness are essential.

- Medical-Surgical: IV Therapy, PCA Management, Chest Tubes, Drains, Ostomy Care, IV Antibiotics
