Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a progressive care unit (PCU). This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The candidate will need to bring at least 2 years of nursing experience, particularly in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health management and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and needs.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Location

Position based in a dynamic healthcare environment in City, State.

Schedule

Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
