Position Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing imaging examinations on patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. This role contributes to the efficient operations of the imaging department and ensures quality and continuity of patient care. Utilizing specialized training in computed tomography, the technologist will provide exceptional patient care and may be required to perform additional responsibilities, including receptionist or clerical duties, as needed.

Position Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program with dedicated CT training preferred.
• Current registration with ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) or equivalent required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of two years post-graduation experience preferred.
• Ability to perform CT angiography studies, including pulmonary embolism (PE) chest, CTA head, CTA neck, and CTA abdomen with lower extremity run-off preferred.
• Experience using radiography and computed tomography equipment is required, with Siemens and Fuji experience preferred.

Housing and Travel Information

Private housing is not provided; candidates will share living accommodations. Pets are not allowed. Airfare will initially be paid by the candidate or the agency and will be reimbursed upon arrival. Candidates are required to submit their flight itinerary at least one week in advance to facilitate scheduling for New Employee Orientation and housing arrangements. Orientation sessions are held every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Immunization requirements include vaccinations for Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, T-Dap, and Polio, or documented proof of titers and historical shot records.
