Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Tele unit. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where patient care is the top priority.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Tele unit.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid nursing license.
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
