Location: Asheville, NC
- Number of Beds: 51
- Number of Staff: 120
- Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Cerner
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a Level III or higher NICU and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. Nurses in this unit will work a combination of day and night shifts, ensuring high-quality care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using the EMR system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Educate families on patient care and progress.
Qualifications
- Required: At least 2 years of Level III NICU experience.
- Required Certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).

- Required to float to Peds, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only).
- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs.
