Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in an Emergency Room Care Center. This position is integral to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Location
Working within a dynamic setting located in City, State.
Shift
Assume responsibilities during a designated shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an emergency care setting.
- Collaborate with medical staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and initiate proper treatment protocols.
- Monitor and document patient progress, communicating changes in conditions to relevant personnel.
- Support and educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in an emergency care setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering compassionate care.
