Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our advanced cardiac care team. This position requires expertise in post-operative care or vascular settings, as well as prior critical care experience in cardiovascular environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in advanced cardiac settings.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions post-operation and during recovery phases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct assessments and interventions in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiovascular critical care.
• Must possess a current nursing licensure.
• Experience in post-operative or vascular nursing is essential.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
