Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a vital role in patient care. This position requires strong clinical skills and experience in telemetry and neurology, particularly in a stroke care setting.

Unit Name: Stroke & Brain
Number of Beds: 16
Patient Ratios: 4:1
Documentation System: Meditech
Scheduling Requirements: 3 shifts per week, including 3-4 weekend shifts
Floating Policy: Float to areas with demonstrated competency where contracts allow

Qualifications

Essential Skills: Cardiac drips, telemetry, neurology experience
Required Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS, BLS
Advanced Skills: Experience with cardiac drips and basic dysthymia management

This MRI department is amazing! The nurses there are awesome! My experience there was exceptional! The patient care was outstanding!!

Cons

The pay was the only thing that was lacking. But that is what it was! No regrets about working there! Also the housing situation was not great. But that has nothing to do with the facility!
