Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). This position involves providing high-quality care to patients requiring closer monitoring and specialized treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care and responses accurately in medical records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
