Job Opportunity: RN Electrophysiology

Location: Syracuse, New York
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Position: Electrophysiology Lab RN
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, varied shifts
    • 4 to 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
    • 5 to 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
  • No weekends, no holidays, no call required
  • EP (Electrophysiology) experience required
  • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
  • Electronic Health Record system: Epic

  • Trinity Color Vision test

  • 2 Professional References
  • Confidentiality and Security Agreement
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
  • Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years)
  • Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
  • GSA/OIG Exclusion check within 30 days
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
  • Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within last year)
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days
  • System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
  • Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
  • License/Certificate Verification (dated within 30 days of start; state verification required)
  • CPI Certification
  • Code of Conduct Form (signed)
  • I9 Employment Eligibility Verification (completed by agency)
  • Specialty Specific Competency Testing (specialty exam within last year)

  • Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
  • Electrophysiology Lab experience
