Job Description
- Position in the mother/baby unit providing postpartum nursing care.
Required Experience
- Specialty: RN Post Partum

- Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding (Completed onsite)

- Driver's License/State ID (Valid, must match address requirements)

Required Immunizations & Health Requirements
- MMR: Documented proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer; no declinations accepted.
- Hepatitis B: Vaccination series completion or signed declination.
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted with mask requirement.
- Positive PPD / Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire: Proof of TB status required; updated annually.
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Required within specified timeframes.
- Varicella: Proof of two vaccines, immunity, or history verified by healthcare provider; no declinations accepted.
- Tdap: Valid within 10 years; no declinations accepted.
- Fit Test: Required annually; preferred prior to start.

- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start.
