Job Opportunity: Care Manager - ED
Location: Bronx, New York
Employment Type: Acute - Allied
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning
- Computer literacy
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
- PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration from NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- Case Management Certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Associate Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program (required)
