Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (MS/Tele)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in specialty
• Must be able to interpret and sign off tele strips
• Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required

Licenses & Certifications

• Wisconsin or Compact Nursing License in hand
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• NIH Stroke Certification required before interviewing
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be applicable depending on specialty area
• Other certifications and competencies as applicable to profession

References

• 2 professional references within the last year required
• 1 reference must be from the most recent or current assignment
• References must include comments on performance for inpatient RN roles (MS, MS/Tele, IMC, Stepdown, ICU)

Background & Health Requirements

• 7-year background check required within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative QGold TB test within 1 year (Chest X-Ray within 60 days if applicable)
• Required immunizations or proof of immunity: Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Negative 10-panel drug screen with expanded opiates within 14 days before start
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct-Mar)

Additional Requirements

• Must include 2 supervisor references within 1 year at time of submittal
• Photo for badge (passport style, no filters) required
• Compliance checklist and confidentiality statement to be completed prior to start
• May require video interview depending on candidate eligibility

Summary

This is a travel/contract Registered Nurse position specializing in MS/Tele with night shifts and every other weekend coverage.
