Job Description
- Interpret medical care plans and assess patients' clinical needs.
- Provide safe, competent, and individualized nursing care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
- Record medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and conditions.
Required Specialty

- Criminal background checks including CORI, SSN Trace, National Sex Offender Check, and Exclusion Checks (all must be current and compliant)
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation (if fit test required)
Additional Preferred/Optional Credentials
- Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof (strongly preferred)
- Tdap vaccination within 10 years (preferred)
- Positive PPD with negative chest x-ray documentation (if applicable)
