Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Nursery) - Travel/Contract
Location: Castro Valley, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Shift: 7a-7p with some 11a-11p shifts depending on unit needs.
- Patient Care: Provide care based on age-related needs of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, considering developmental, psychosocial, environmental safety, education, communication style, and understanding.
- Preferred Experience: NICU with Postpartum experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of Postpartum experience, including experience within the last year
- Nursery experience
- Experience working with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
