Description
Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - PACU
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift Details
- Shift options:
- 0800-2000 (3 shifts of 12 hours)
- 1000-2000 (4 shifts of 9 hours)
- No Return to Office (RTO) accepted between 2/15/26 and 2/28/26
Patient Population & Unit Details
- Care for patients pre-op and post-op undergoing catheterization, electrophysiology, and vascular outpatient procedures
- Unit includes Phase 1 and 2 anesthesia recovery, monitored anesthesia care (MAC), and conscious sedation
Required Certifications
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA only (Instructor/Provider and RQI acceptable)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only (Instructor/Provider and RQI acceptable)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) experience
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
