Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)
Location: San Francisco, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Responsible for chart audits and coordinating meetings/reviews
- Floating between multiple facilities as needed
Shift Details
- 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
- Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No weekends
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
