Job Opportunity: RN Emergency Room

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Work schedule: Every Other Week (EOW), Every Other Holiday (EOH)
• Experience required:

  • Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing plus previous travel experience, or
  • More than 5 years in a large Emergency Department without travel experience
• Must be proficient with EPIC electronic health record system
• May be required to float within skill set to other sites within a 40-mile radius

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• Must provide a valid driver’s license or state ID matching address on file
• Health statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
• May be required to provide a forward-facing badge photo with a white or blue background
• Prior travel experience is required (minimum 3 years ER nursing plus previous travel experience, or 5+ years ER nursing without travel experience)
