Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Location: Denver, Colorado
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately)

Job Summary

Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks according to state Board of Nursing standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
Continuously evaluate patient health status through data collection and assessment.
Provide health teaching and counseling.
Deliver supportive and restorative therapy and treatment directly or through delegation, supervision, or teaching.
Execute delegated medical functions.
Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed.
Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
Document care in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Utilize resources effectively.
May float to other departments within scope of competency.
May be required to be on-call during scheduled shifts.

Required Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado.
Ability to perform all essential nursing duties satisfactorily.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred (higher experience requirement not specified).
