Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Case Management for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation center focused on trauma care. The position involves working day shifts with a 40-hour workweek.

Unit Profile

Setting: Rehabilitation Center (Trauma floor)
Number of Beds: 40 (currently capped at 30)
Patient Population: Geriatric and adult patients
Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Stroke (CVA), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), fractures, cardiac conditions
Electronic Health Record (EHR): EPIC

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Case Management
