Description

Registered Nurse (OR)

Location: Boise, Idaho
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for Idaho, verified within 30 days of start.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required for RNs working in Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Department (ED), Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Medical ICU (MICU), and Surgical ICU (SICU).
  • Specialty-specific competency testing must be completed within the past year.
  • Fit test.
  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
  • COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster through Sept 2025) or approved exemption.
  • MMR vaccination proof or immunity titer.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date.
  • Influenza vaccine proof or approved exemption for current flu season.
  • Tuberculosis screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test; if positive, chest x-ray per regional requirements.
  • Varicella vaccination proof or immunity titer.
  • Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year.
