Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical) - Boston, Massachusetts

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Interpret medical care plans and assess patients' clinical needs.
Provide safe, competent, and individualized nursing care.
Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
Record medical information and vital signs.
Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and conditions.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Demonstrated Medical/Surgical RN experience

Additional Information

Must maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing care principles.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Ability to screen and triage acute patients accurately.
