Description

Registered Nurse - Oncology

Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Schedule: 40 hours per week, rotating day shifts (staggered shift times possible)


Job Description

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses with Radiation Oncology experience for traveler positions. Two openings with slightly different requirements:

  • Position 1:

    • Radiation Oncology experience required
    • Procedural experience required
    • Brachytherapy experience preferred
  • Position 2:

    • Radiation Oncology experience required

Possible start dates: early May to early June.


Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 2 years Oncology experience, including experience within the last year
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Procedural experience
  • Operating Room (OR) experience
  • Cardiac Cath Lab experience
  • Endoscopy (intra-procedure) experience
  • Dermatology surgery experience
  • Plastic surgery experience
  • Interventional Radiology (IR) experience

Additional Notes

  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
  • Shift is primarily day shift with rotating hours.
  • Must comply with all health and credentialing requirements prior to onboarding.

This opportunity is ideal for RNs with Radiation Oncology experience seeking a 3-month travel assignment with a structured credentialing process and rotating day shifts.
