Description
Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Home Health
Location: Charlottesville, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule
- 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM)
- No call or weekends required (willingness to help on weekends is a plus)
Job Description
- Adult home health and home infusion experience required
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system required
- Can approve 40 hours of RTO (Recovery Time Off)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience working in a home health setting with adult patients
- Infusion experience
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
