Shift: Mid-day shift, Wednesday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM

Job Description

Seeking an MRI Technician for a mid-day shift position.

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Health and Compliance Requirements (Must be completed prior to or at onboarding)

• COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster proof or approved exemption)
• MMR vaccination proof or immunity confirmation
• Fit Test
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (titers not accepted)
• Influenza Vaccine or approved exemption (seasonal)
• Tuberculosis screening: 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Varicella vaccination proof or immunity confirmation
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)

Professional and Background Requirements

• Resume and skills checklist (within the last year)
• Two professional references
• Confidentiality and proprietary information agreement
• Conflict of interest disclosure
• Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check (last 7 years) including SSN verification
• Education verification (highest level of academic education)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check
• Integrity and audit services form
• CORE exam (Joint Commission testing) within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days of start
• System access form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
• Specialty-specific competency testing (completed within the last year)
• Color vision test

Additional Notes

• All documentation must be scanned and uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
• Some vaccinations or tests require specific timing relative to the start date.
• Declinations for vaccines require agency letterhead and are not accepted in certain states (not applicable here).
