RN Charge Nurse - NICU (Night Shift)
Location: Lynwood, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Description
- Charge Nurse role in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Must have NICU clinical experience and leadership experience
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care) experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Completion of DCI/BVP workplace violence prevention training
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience in Charge Nurse roles
Additional Information
- Orientation paperwork provided on first scheduled shift
- Some documents and tests must be completed or uploaded prior to or on the first day of assignment
- Annual renewal requirements apply for fit testing, physical, and certain vaccinations/tests
