Description
Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) - Temp - Myrtle Beach, SC
Job Summary
Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare, and other facilities using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment. Perform exams ordered by physicians, obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent images, and transmit results to Radiologists and Cardiologists for interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform and process portable X-Rays and transmit images to Radiologists.
- Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to Cardiologists.
- Unload and transport portable X-Ray equipment into facilities.
- Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, management, peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
- Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment.
- Ensure all images are clinically diagnostic and technically competent.
Physical Demands
- Ability to push/pull equipment weighing 50–100 lbs multiple times daily.
- Use of vehicle ramps and pulleys reduces weight but some manual handling inside facilities may require exertion.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in South Carolina
- Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- Active ARRT certification
- Experience as an X-Ray Technician
- Valid driver’s license
- Must wear navy blue scrubs
