Job Opportunity: ER Registered Nurse

Location: Tracy, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• Hours per week: 36 hours
• Schedule Requirement: Minimum availability every other weekend
• Shift Grouping: No guaranteed block or grouped shifts

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
• Certifications:

  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must review and sign facility-specific documents prior to start, including:

  • Job description
  • Standards of business conduct
  • Vendor training and code of conduct (for contracts signed after 5/31/24)
  • Overpayment refund policy
  • TB questionnaire signed by candidate and healthcare provider (MD, PA, NP/APN, DO, or RN)
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) training may be completed onsite during orientation week
• Photo for badge (passport-style, color, solid background) required for per diem only
• Personal or auto insurance required only for driving positions

• No prior travel experience is explicitly required for this position.
• Background checks and screenings have specific timelines and renewal requirements; compliance is mandatory.
• Religious and medical exemptions for immunizations and fit testing are considered on a case-by-case basis with required documentation.
