Description

Physical Therapist

Location: Kentucky

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 8-hour Day Shift

Job Description

Outpatient setting preferred.
Patient population includes pelvic health (preferred but not required), vestibular, TMJ, typical orthopedic, and post-operative cases.
Productivity expectation: 60 patient visits per week.
Daily patient load: 12-14 patients.
Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
Guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation to work up to 40 hours.
Overtime must be approved by the director before working extra hours.
No floating to other clinics.

Required Qualifications

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
New graduates and first-time travelers will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

Local candidates (within 50 miles) will be compensated at the local rate.
