• Call Requirements: Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call required with a 30-minute response time
• Floating: May be required to assist in the outpatient surgery center
• Orientation: Department-specific orientation varies based on skills
• Dress Code: Scrubs provided; nurses must provide their own shoes to remain in the department
• Timekeeping: Clinicians must clock in and out at the facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• PALS certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Experience in Orthopedics
• Experience in ENT Surgery
• Experience in Urology
• Experience in OB/GYN
• Experience in Endoscopy

• Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility may have adjusted pay rates.
• If previously employed at this facility, clinicians must have ended employment at least 6 months prior to submission.
• Typical start time ranges between 6:45 AM and 7:30 AM.
