Description
Operating Room Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Job
Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 40
Job Description
- Work primarily in the Operating Room with heavy robotics and orthopedic cases.
- Experience needed with robotics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, podiatry, spine, and neurosurgery.
- Rotating on-call schedule: 2 call teams during the week, 1 call team on weekends covering 24-hour shifts. Call coverage required if returning to the operating room (RTO) lands on a call day.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including OR experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience in Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, Plastic Surgery, ENT Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Neurosurgery
