Description
Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical / Telemetry
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Unit: 32-bed adult/older adult population
Shift: Night
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Patient population includes trauma patients
- Care involves managing Heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5
- Specialty equipment used: gait belts, geriatric chairs, physical therapy equipment
- Experience with skilled nursing, rehab, or prior NICHE training is a plus
- Documentation includes loading all demographic info and a badge-appropriate photo
- Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC (no RTO)
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Documented medical/telemetry nursing experience is required
- Must have experience with telemetry patients (med/tele experience)
