Job Opportunity: Stroke Coordinator (Registered Nurse)

Job Description
- Serve as a Stroke Coordinator to assist with survey readiness.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
- No floating, on-call, or weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Minimum 2 years of Skilled Nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
- Stroke Coordinator experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
