Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
1.5 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Interview / Onboarding Notes

PBDS assessment is waived
ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate are completed during orientation and must be passed
Background check, fingerprinting, education verification, and reference checks are required before start
Employment application must include 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
Physical exam, fit mask, TB screening, flu documentation, Tdap, immunization documentation, drug screening, eye exam, and skills checklist are required as part of onboarding
Online training modules must be completed before start
