Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
BLS
Experience with Epic

Experience

One year of experience is preferred

Work Setting

Outpatient only
Patient population ranges from ages 8 to 100
Primary diagnoses include musculoskeletal and orthopedic cases; one clinic also specializes in neurology

Daily Workload

About 8 to 10 patients per PT per day

Additional Details

May be asked to float within a 5-mile radius, though this is uncommon

45-minute treatment sessions
60-minute evaluations, sometimes 45 minutes depending on diagnosis
