CT Technologist
Job Overview
- Travel/contract position in Columbus, Ohio
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 11:00 AM–10:30 PM
- Every third weekend
- On-call once every 10 weeks
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Work Setting
- CT department in a Level I trauma center
- Emergency room setting with emergent inpatient needs
- Inpatient, operating room, ER, Level I trauma, community hospital, and adult ICU environments
Responsibilities
- Perform CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion
- Operate CT equipment and maintain high-quality imaging
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory standards
- Participate in on-call coverage for emergent situations
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced ARRT certification
Additional Notes
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call duties is required
