RN - Geri Psych - Contract
Location
New York, New York
Contract Length
13 weeks
Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend
- 3x12 schedule
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- BLS
- CPI or PMCS
- Psychiatric experience within the last year
- 2 years of psychiatric experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Geriatrics experience
- 1 year travel experience for Travel positions
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Associate degree in nursing considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN program
Role Overview
- Provides safe, competent nursing care to a designated patient group
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and patient care delivery
- Performs charge nurse duties as assigned
- Supports quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives
