    Case Manager

    Overview

    • Travel/contract role in San Francisco, California
    • Primarily virtual, supporting complex cases across the system and patients in the community
    • May float to offices in San Francisco and Emeryville as needed
    • Day shift: 5x8s, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
    • 40 hours per week
    • Contract length: 13 weeks

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid RN license in California
    • Case Management (1 year of experience)
    • Case Management experience within the last year
    • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
    • Experience in an Inpatient setting

    Schedule / Work Setting

    • Primarily virtual
    • May need to float between office locations in San Francisco and Emeryville
