Registered Nurse
Location

Schedule
- Days with possible weekends

- 40 hours per week
Contract Length
13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Critical Care Float (1 year of experience)
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Trach and Vent experience
- Skilled Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care for assigned patients
- Assess patient needs, develop and update care plans, and support discharge planning
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient responses to treatment
- Supervise other nursing personnel and assist with unit coverage as needed
- Participate in quality improvement, staff orientation, committees, education, and research activities
Work Conditions
- Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, and lifting
- May need to lift up to 100 pounds to assist with patient movement
- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards, chemical hazards, and adverse indoor/outdoor conditions
