RN Dialysis
Overview
- Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Variable shifts, generally starting at 5:30 AM; some days may run mid-morning to late afternoon
- Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week, Sundays off
- Housing: Shared housing provided at no cost
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Dialysis experience within the last year
- 1 year of dialysis experience
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Onboarding / Submission Requirements
- Resume including the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification
- Massachusetts CORI background check
- Criminal background check covering counties of residence, employment, and school attendance within the last 7 years
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Education verification
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation
- FEMA ICS 100 training
- N95 fit test
- Respirator medical clearance attestation
