Description

RN Dialysis

Overview

  • Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
  • Employment type: LTA
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Variable shifts, generally starting at 5:30 AM; some days may run mid-morning to late afternoon
  • Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week, Sundays off
  • Housing: Shared housing provided at no cost

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Dialysis experience within the last year
  • 1 year of dialysis experience
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

  • Resume including the past 7 years of work experience
  • 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification
  • Massachusetts CORI background check
  • Criminal background check covering counties of residence, employment, and school attendance within the last 7 years
  • SSN trace
  • National sex offender check
  • Exclusion checks
  • Education verification
  • Confirmation of assignment/POI form
  • Beeline attestation
  • FEMA ICS 100 training
  • N95 fit test
  • Respirator medical clearance attestation
  • Color vision screening
  • MMR documentation or immunity proof

Additional Notes

  • MA conditional licenses are not accepted
  • If staying in provided housing, a housing agreement is required on hire
